Our highly regarded intensive, and practical evidence-based Day 1-4 program underpins your clinical practice with adult and adolescent trauma clients. This four-day trauma education program is intended for all mental health professionals globally. The program is offered in three modes: an engaging self-paced online homestudy program over three months; two highly interactive two-day livestreams; or live, in-person training in Australia or New Zealand over four consecutive days. We have aimed to ensure that the quality and interactivity of training for our three modes of delivery is equivalent, and you will find more convenience, flexibility, and substantial savings in cost with our two online modes when you consider venue, travel and accommodation costs for in-person training.

Our self-paced online homestudy program can be commenced upon delivery of your printed materials on demand, or between January and March, or between July and September in 2027, (or 1-26 October in 2026 only) which coincides with a livestream that you can participate in during June, September or November. We have 18 international online offerings annually. Start planning to join one of our scheduled online activities now for your professional development activity this year. We provide a 30% discount to organisations and private groups with 40 participants or more.

From 2027, we will offer two annual livestreams for Oceania/ Southeast Asia and an annual livestream for USA/Canada and UK/Europe. The offerings on these pages are always current and replace other dates published elsewhere. Our annual live, in-person workshop in a capital city is delivered over four consecutive days and you must be able to attend all four days if you wish to register in a capital city. Please join our online modes if you plan to split your four-day program into a two-day program.

Please note that for all three modes, you are required to complete Treating PTSD (Day 1-2) before Treating Complex Trauma (Day 3-4), as essential material is covered in the first workshop and not repeated in the second. The programs work together and while you may choose to do the first but not the second, they don't work the other way around.
